Framed & Unframed Photographic Prints
All photographic prints, whether framed or unframed, are custom-made to order and are therefore final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at belindadoyleart@gmail.com for assistance. Include clear photos of the damage, your order details, and the original packaging in your email. Please retain the packaging until the issue is resolved. We will work promptly to provide a replacement or another suitable solution.
We take great care to package all prints securely to ensure safe delivery. However, in the rare event of damage during transit, we are committed to assisting you.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will replace any products that arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described on our website. While the risk of damage during transit is minimal due to our protective packaging, we are here to support you should an issue occur.
