Shipping policy

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 for all orders. Considering that shipping our A1 and A0 frames typically costs around $75.00, this is a fantastic deal! Store pick-up is also available at Kiama, Gerringong & Berry.

Photography
We are a custom-made-to-order business, which means that once you place an order, we begin creating your piece. Due to the handmade nature of our items (printing and framing), some products may have a handling time of up to 3 weeks. Please check the product description for specific handling times. As our products are made to order, exchanges are not accepted, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Production & Shipping Timelines:

• Print Only: Printed and posted within 7-10 days.
• Framed Print: Framed and posted within 2-3 weeks.
• Boxed Canvas: Framed and posted within 1-2 weeks.
• Glass-Free Frames: Framed and posted within 1-2 weeks.

All of our photography products are handmade locally in Shellharbour, NSW.

If you need an item by a specific date, please email or text us. Products with longer processing times will be noted in the product description. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
