Shipping policy

We offer flat-rate shipping of just $15 Australia-wide for all orders under $50.00, with free shipping on all orders over $50.00. Considering that shipping our larger A1 and A0 framed artworks can cost upwards of $75.00, this offers incredible value for our customers. Store pick-up is also available from our Kiama, Gerringong and Huskisson locations.

Photography Orders

All of our photography products are custom made to order. Once your order is placed, we begin professionally printing and framing your artwork locally on the NSW South Coast. Due to the handmade nature of our products, production times can vary depending on the format selected. Please refer to the product description for individual turnaround times.

As each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer exchanges or change-of-mind returns, so we kindly ask that you choose carefully before placing your order.

Production & Shipping Timeframes

• Print Only – Printed and dispatched within 7–10 business days
• Framed Prints – Professionally framed and dispatched within 2–3 weeks
• Boxed Canvas – Produced and dispatched within 1–2 weeks
• Glass-Free Frames – Produced and dispatched within 1–2 weeks

All photography products are proudly printed and framed locally in Shellharbour, NSW.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us via email or text prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your timeframe. Any products with extended production times will be clearly noted within the product description.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods or high order volumes, dispatch times may occasionally experience slight delays, product descriptions are updated when handling times increase. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly via email or phone.
